gdk-pixbuf: Update from 2.32.1 to 2.32.3

[termux-packages] / packages / gdk-pixbuf / Makefile.in.patch

The tests in pixbuf-lowmem.c has undefined references to __libc_malloc
and __libc_free, so skip building tests.
