preload-hacks: Some patches to make it work.

The `SUN_LEN' patch is upstream and can be removed later.  The `ioctl'
patch is because Android is gratuitously different here.

distorted-utils: Currently disabled.

There's a lot of disentangling to do here.  Many things aren't where
the package expects them to be.

fwd, preload-hacks: New packages.

mlib2, catacomb2: Update to new releases.

We can drop the Catacomb patches since they're now included upstream.

packages/catacomb2: Support assembler code on Android.

packages/catacomb2/: Yay.  Only one disastrous problem to fix.

And it's not even my fault.

packages/libcheckpath1/build.sh: Fix description.

packages/libadns/: Various minor fixes.

  * Don't try to use getprotobyname(3) to discover the UDP protocol
    number, because it doesn't work on Android.  Instead, just know
    that it's called `IPPROTO_UDP'.

  * Prefix the standard configuration paths for `/etc/resolv.conf' etc.

  * Include a minimal `resolv.conf' file which uses the Quad9 resolver.

packages/: Add ADNS and some of my packages.

This machinery actually seems to work remarkably well.  I'm impressed.

scripts/setup-ubuntu.sh: Huh.  We only have Python 3.5 here.
