wrestlers.tex: Let `\section' act as a section header in the source.

So remove the blank line between the rule `%%%------...' and the
`\section' line after it.

wrestlers.tex: Mention my slightly unusual cardinality notation.

wrestlers.tex: Join authors' names with en-dash rather than hyphen.

That's `Diffie--Hellman', `Boneh--Franklin', and `Stinson--Wu'.

wrestlers.tex: Use `strayman''s `indentpar' option.

Rather than doing it by hand.

wrestlers.tex: Change citation keys to match `mdw-crypto.bib' changes.

And ditch the large Beebe archive which I was using previously.

wrestlers.tex: Fix citations to catch up with Bibtex database changes.

wrestlers.tex: Hack the fancy preamble configuration so that it works.

Mostly this is about making sure that conditional macros are either
defined or not consistently in each branch of a conditional.

Makefile: Use `ps2pdf' rather than `pstopdf'.

I don't know where the latter came from, but it's not around any more.

build-latex.sh: Don't panic if Bibtex fails.

This is unfortunate, but Bibtex panics far too readily, particularly
over duplicate entries.

build-latex.sh: Be verbose while running.

Debugging the thing is kind of annoying.

Work in progress.  This lot needs some serious sorting out.

paper: Fix description of Stinson-Wu protocol.

They don't hash the challenge value.  They ought to (it makes the
reduction more efficient if you consider multiple challenges), and they
did in the first version, I'm sure.

Minor tidyings for first ePrint submission.

Add build system.  Write most of the introduction.
