I didn't do this for the 2.4.x branch because there's no way to say
`2.4.x with x > 4 or 2.5.x with x > 1'. But I can be sure that all
releases beyond 2.5.1 will have the fixes.
There's no version-bump for the `rdrand' fix. I'm not leaning on it
very hard.
