dot/emacs: Add bindings for `dired-jump' and `dired-jump-other-window'.

And the necessary autoloads.  They ought to work already, but don't on
Emacs 24 for some reason.

The bindings are standard, except for `C-x 4 j', which ought to exist
but doesn't.
