vncrc, xinitrc: Don't do so much Gnome fiddling.

The Gnome settings stuff screws up VNC mightily.  The panel (well,
actually, some panel applets) doesn't seem to like running multiple
instances.  And the keyboard configuration completely scrambles the
keymap.
