dot/emacs: Move `C-x w d' to `C-c w d'.

This was missed in d015d85... for some reason.

This makes room for `hi-lock-mode''s `C-x w ...' commands, which look
useful.  The other bindings aren't currently used (Emacs 23) but may be
in the future, so it seems like a good idea.
