 Contains the following packages.
   * at - a new space of commands, introduced by `@' rather than `\'.
   * centre - putting things in the middle, with British spelling.
   * cmtt - use all the typewriter-face characters, without `verbatim'.
   * colour - not just black and white, with British spelling.
   * crypto - random definitions for cryptographic research.
   * doafter - for TeX hackers: do stuff after the `\aftergroup' tokens.
   * exercise - typeset exercises and stash the answers for later.
   * footnote - an environmentm rather than a command, for footnotes.
   * mathenv - some mathematical alignment environments.
   * mdwkey - for TeX hackers: read keyword arguments.
   * mdwlist - some new kinds of list environments.
   * mdwmath - some miscellaneous mathematical definitions.
   * mdwref - convenience commands for typesetting cross-references.
   * mdwtab - more refined typesetting for tables.
   * mdwthm - theorem typesetting.
   * mtcolor/mtcolour - colour support for `mdwtab'.
