The tracks are 2 em wide, but that depends on the body font size.  Do
this in the right place so we don't have to hardcode (the wrong) width.

These have now been reconstructed using animation, which counts enough
for my purposes.  Perhaps there ought to be a more generally useful
system of annotations.

I was primarily motivated by the very short pages for the first/second
and fifth/sixth/seventh Doctors.

drwho.tex: Use TeX quotes, not Unicode.

How did I not notice that this produced a hideous mess on the printout?

drwho.tex: Put the companion tracks /exactly/ in the centre of the page.

My new printer unexpectedly printed this in duplex mode, which was fine;
but it caused me to notice that the companion tracks very nearly, but
not quite, ran down the midline of the page.  Fix it so that they're
exactly in the middle.

drwho.tex: Set the page layout by hand, rather than using `geometry'.

drwho.tex: Don't put spaces around `=' in TeX.

Having tried it, I've decided it doesn't work.

drwho.tex (\enqueue): Fix misleading indentation.

drwho.tex (\trkendmarker): Lower the rule again to really remove the gap.

Apparently I wasn't looking closely enough last time, because there was
still a gap.  Also fix `\depart' to match, again.

drwho.tex (\joindie): Raise the `×' to cover the letter better.

This may be specific to Sara Kingdom, but I don't expect there to be
another case like hers.

drwho.tex (\trkendmarker): Extend the rule to meet the centre of the `×'.

Staring at the output in `gv' shows that there was a little gap in the
track end marker placed by `\die'.

Also lower the marker in `\depart' to match.

Makefile: Destroy the evidence that I cut-and-pasted the licence comment.

Makefile: Gather together the TeX machinery.

Makefile (upload): Rebuild files before uploading them!
