mdwalpha: Fettle article entries.

The precise changes are:

  * Put the title in single quotes rather than italics, to distinguish
    it from the proceedings title.  Leave trailing punctuation outside
    of the quotes.

  * Leave the title case alone.  This is annoying, but ePrint entries
    don't protect acronyms or names properly and the bibliography is
    just wrong without.
